Your age explains your attitude. Hopefully you'll grow to see how your "just want to make money off these things" sounds to enthusiats.

Let me ask you this, though: if you have so little money to work with, how is a 17 year-old paying for a brand new truck and all these other Mustangs?
I was thinking the very same thing.

He states the knows more about Mustangs than most people in here.

Man, when I was his age, thought I knew everything myself, but as years passed by, and was exposed to all kinds of other life changing experiences, I came to the conclussion, that I really didn't know a damn thing in my teens.

Kids these days.

He'll agree with me in twenty years time, trust me.
lighten up fellas...he's apologised for the attitude already
I take that back...David, they is hackin on you boy and you is comin in like the tide

i was just thinking the same thing. dipping in daddies money pit arnt ya?[8D]
wow dude. The only thing that my dad has boughten was the truck. I put a 5K lift on it from the money i have earned off the stangs. Dont be telling me Im spoiled. Im smart and know how to invest. I laugh when people think Im rich because in a way I can be considered for a 17 year old. What are you jealous cuz I know how to make money off these when people tell me I cant?

and now Im only returning attitude with attitude so blame it because Im 17.
yea, you are, im only 18 but i dont have this attitude.

o yea, i posted that 8 hours before you posted about your truck, and no, im not jelous of your little business.

unless your repairing all the rust on the chassis then i would feel bad by selling it to other people.
the only attitude that I had shown was when Soaring said i couldnt make money off of them. I have had many people tell me that all the time and it just pisses me off sometimes. Thats all. Now Im getting everyone biting at my *** because you say Im throwing attitude everywhere. That attitude was misleading and it stopped after that post anyway. All i wanted to know is how this mustang would sell and now you are bringing up all this crap

Fair enough young man.

Just enjoy what you do, nothing wrong with that.

It is quite obvious you are not a classic Mustang enthusiasist, but a used car salesman who obviously doesn't know jack about classic mustangs. We have witnessed guys crying because they have had to sell their classics they spent their life's blood restoring, then had to sell because of family tragedies. These old classics are not commodities, they are as much a part of our families as are our dogs and cats. You have obviously come to the wrong forum to brag about your profits you have made by buying and selling classic Mustangs. Maybe someday you will grow up and understand.

Maybe I did come to the wrong forum to post about my profits. maybe this is a bunch of guys who cry about their classics being sold. but I know quite a lot about these mustangs. i work hard to "restore" these and one day hope to restore one to prefect condition and one that is of more value. that is why and am trying to make money right now so I can do this. i could get a job but that is boring. to tell you the truth I am makeing more money than my mom who works full time. I know there are some people who care a lot about their classics but Im not going to cry over every classic I buy. These are nice cars and there is no way I am ruining that. I am restoring them is that a problem? Is making money a problem? I dont see a problem in what I am doing? And why the hell are you telling me to grow up? I plainly admited to my first show of attitude that everyoen was crying over any people like you are just carying it on. I think maybe you should grow up. How old are you anyways?

Now that we have that all figured out what you meant by "Restore", then it may be possible to "Fix-Up" an old Mustang to sell for a quick profit to unknowing buyers who don't really know what they are buying. I don't know of any members on this forum who buy a Mustang to fix it up to resell it right away. If I had that mindset, I would buy a rusted out Coupe, repair the obvious mechanical things, slap some Bondo on the rusty holes, and have MAACO slap on a coat of paint. We just have too much respect for our Mustangs to do that, and disdain anyone who takes that route. If you were to completely "Restore" a Mustang, then you will be out more money than you have in it right after you finish "Restoring" it. That is a given, and agreed on by all Mustang owners that I know who have "Restored" their cars. Good luck with your endeavor to make money on classic Mustangs.
Adn to add to thatt. We also have respect for others that love mustangs too. Newbies included. My fear is that what goes around comes around. you may make a killing off someone today but if the item sold was done improperly then your name and rep is on the line. and eventually you will be known for something you wish you werent. like this guy here who makes fake convertibles and doesnt declare them as so...that is the unfortunate thing about us older folk...experience teaches you things.
