Default Made in Canada?

Made In Canada, Take off eh, ya hoser

I was taking out my console and took apart the trim pieces. I found a sticker on the console that says made in Canada. Anyone know anything about this? Were the original parts for the console made in Canada. Or does this mean it is a replacement part. If it matters I have a 67 coupe trim code is 2A and the assembly plant was San Jose and I've had the car since about 1984or85 . So if it is a replacement it was put in by the PO before 85.
