Considering that is rather extensive and at a key intersection point that adds strength to the car, that can be a tricky area to patch. If you know someone with a parts car you could take the whole a pillar and part of the roof to peice it together into yours
that would be your best bet without a bodyshop

If you can repair that and it looks good with new metal, then you need to quit your day job and go into body restoration. Seriously, I would take that sucker to a pro.

That parts car is already gone. I'm gonna probably end up taking it to a body shop. Just don't have a ton of money to sink into it.

Gonna keep my eye out for another parts car. See what happens. Thanks for the ideas. It's much appreciated.

If you have a welder and compressor it's not that big of a job.. if you have at least some sheet metal experience. I think I could repair that in 15-20 hours.
First, you are going to have to extend that hole you cut by probably another 3 or 4 inches since the rusted frame under it looks pretty bad. Just keep cutting until you get good metal. 20 gauge is too thin for that repair. At minimum 18ga, better 16ga for the roof. Either butt weld it or do a lap joint. You would have to make the weld continuous though. It's not that hard, you just have to be patient and stop welding very often to let the metal cool.
If you have the patience you can fabricate all you need to replace that frame under the roof.

HAHA...ok, that sucks. The two main parts I need, they don't have. Now, not only am I looking for roof stuff, but I also need a new package tray panel. I found one on Paddock, but they are selling the divider with it as well. Divider is good, just need that package panel. lol

Thanks for the ideas though.
