different numbers.... mean one is wrong what year is your stang? try removing the other fender there is a vin there, so it 2 out of the 3 match likely to be true
Here is a pic of my inner fender and the VIN that all DMV guys use to register your car. That is the number you type into the decoder in the Warranty block. Now, if you are talking about engine decoders then just say so. There are no other numbers on your inner fender other than the warranty/VIN.
It sounds like you are new to the decoding process. The last several numbers only give you the unit number, which means what number your mustang came off the line. That is not so important unless you have a Shelby 428 CJ. Soaring is dead on about decoding your warranty number as being the same as the Vehicle Identification Number, and the number used by all Department of Motor Vehicles to register your car.
