Default clutch help

Will a 95 model year clutch work with a 60's model toploader? I don't know if the spline count and the shaft size are the same. I'm guessing no.

Default RE: clutch help

Any clutch will work with your toploader but the real questions are whether or not it'll bolt to your current flywheel because a '90s clutch may not be the same bolt pattern or size. Throwout bearing will be different. A 90's style clutch will most likely be a diaphram type and you would need to remove the underdash spring from the clutch pedal. If its from a modular motor, it may not have the same spline count but if from a 5.0, it probably will.

For what its worth, I have a 90's diaphram type clutch on my toploader. Not sure bout what exact year the clutch is.
