heater bypass

Default heater bypass

in my restoration, i am deleting the heater and radio, is there anykind of heater bypass or what will i need to do...im going to be using an edelbrock victor water pump if anyone is familiar with those...

yeah i was kida wondering the same thing i just havent had a chance to check out the cobra automotive site of branda? i was thinking about leaving my heater out becasue it never really gets cold in south ga we havent seen snow since 1989[8D]

i was thinking you have heater send and return lines on the water pump why not just run a 1 foot hose from the send to return plugs on the water pump, just my 2 cents...im just up from you in tennessee and it was 63 up here today but i wont drive her when its 30 outside and its not going to be a showcar...

no i mean a plate for the firewall to delete the fan motor sticking thru the hose ive seen deleted with a rubber plug on the firewall like the shelby used

oh yeah i pulled my core and motor and am just going to weld a patch over the hole and the hose holes...i was just thinkin bout what to do to connect the water pump inputs...

well u can put a hose or get caps for them, they carry the caps at autoparts houses

yeah im not doing anything that i cant easily change back on my car(except for the rear flares,shelby window delete)

Bypass hose. Inlet to outlet. Should work like a charm!!

mine is just a bypass hose (4" long) and it Works fine.

maybe Colorado Mustang might poke his head in here....i know he's not using his heater....maybe he did the same as LCC

sure makes your engine look more clean without those hoses

And when you restomod guys bitch about no heat when you want to take your car out in January on a sun shiny day but the temp is 25, don't bitch. Man O' Man. You guys slay me.
