Default Interior pics.

I still have things to do - it's never finished, right?

Anywho - here's some pics after the wife and I went for a sunday cruise and cleaned afterwards. ( when you're 6'5" it's a little hard to get in a good position to take interior pics )

Just something to note.

I went with the Sport Seat Foam - minus the head rest option. As you can see from the pics, the sides of the seats have a flair and are alot thicker than original foam. I can tell you that it';s a ton more confortable/snug fitting. I'm very glad I decided to go that route. I didn't realy want the head rest sticking up above the seat, but I did want the extra padding and it paid off.

It's money well spent, indeed. I'm no blingy type, but I do like it clean and most of all functional. I was hesitant on using the cup holder that replaces the ashtray at first. I decided to just try it ( I painted the ashtray just incase ). I'm kinda liking it now. It holds my cell phone and is right in reach. The bigger console holds my coffee just right.

In all I am pleased. There's still some odd and end things to get straight, but that's the fun part.

It might just be the pic, but it appears the passenger side arm rest lower part needs some chrome paint. Otherwise, it looks very clean.

You're makin me jealous... Not of being 6'5", but that the interior is done already.. 5'8" fits much better imho... Cupholder look strange in an early car, but I want about 20 of them in mine.. Looks good, what console is that and where ya git it?

I had to go out and look after you posted it. It's just the pic. After the bitch session I had with NPD - about some of the interior pieces not even remotely fitting, I got a sour gut about them. I know aftermarket stuff is iffy at best, but damn, you'd think they'd atleast make it somewhat fit.

The package tray holes for the speakers were not even close. I had to do some fabricating to make the speakers work. There were a few other items as well, but in all it ended up decent enough for a driver.

I got it from NPD, I think it's called Plug and Chug twin cup holder. IIRC, it was about 30 bucks. I was hesitant, but there's hardly room to fart in there, let alone be searching for a cell phone or trying to fit everything in the main console while cruising.
