It's definitely worth saving . But then again, since it's other people spending the money I would tell everyone to save the rustbucket stang's they find. You could save it...look at what Thumpin's 'Stang looked like

We cut the rear half of the doner car, took the wiring harness and any other usable parts...

That project is definitely not for me. I'd be WAY over my head.

But if you've got the time (and money)...I'd love to watch the progress.

Actually.. i like that idea, start from early on. Many of us end up doing all that work section at a time, like me, i did the fenders, frame, engine, panels, wiring, firewall, Heating system, doors, locks, etc.... Just at different times. With this, you can start off with less and build it up. Mine came with parts from all different year cars and parts didnt always match up. Atleast you will know what your going for -Jon

We installed a new firewall, the rear frame rails from the doner and new floor...
