starting problem

just the diaphram is four screws try that out and get back on and lets us know

Stephen is probably right about the accelerator pump, but I would first check to see if you are getting gas TO the carburetor. Take the line off from the carb and turn the engine over with the line stuck in a jar, and see if you have good gas flow. If not, then suspect either a fuel filter or the fuel pump being bad.

i took a picture of something on my carb to show but the picture is too big how do you make it smaller to upload it?

k i think i got it, ok do you see the piece on the front of the carb that looks like its supposed to be held down? is that right? Can someone post a pic of their carb and see what theirs looks like.
