My car started acting up again. my car starts to really heatup whie driving but it cools down at a full stop. any suggestion?[:@]

 

Could be a bad thermostat. Easy first thing to check.

 

NEVER EVER shove a hamster in you radiator.

 

Just dealt with this issue when I drove my 65 home. [/align][/align]The PO had put on a new lower radiator hose but didn't put or get one with a spring or stiff wall. Whenever I accelerated, the vacuum created by the water pump would actually collapse the lower hose.[/align]

 

Had the same trouble,did what dsrt did, heavy duty lower rad hose with aspring . Problem was solved
