Default some encouragement

well i was able to tackle the front suspension with the shelby drop. i cut the springs 1/2 a coil which where already 1' lowering. for those that question wether or not you can do stuff to your car this is the first car i have ever worked on!!

question: how tight are the bolts supposed to be that have a pin that goes through them?

I would just get them tight with about a 1/2 drive ratched and then move them where you need to to get the holes lined up for the cotter pin

The torque on the castle nuts depends on what it is securing. e.g. ball joint, steering tierod, pitman arm...
