Yes, you can buy a lot of cars for 30 to 50 - but they ain't classic Mustangs. (And they'll lose half their value in 3 years!)
By the way, here in LA most average C-Code Mustangs - through shops - are going from20 to 25. Really clean, restoredC Codes - 25 to 35.
My car will be worth more than I have into it in 5 years... no doubt about it.

Spent 5k to purchase the car, and have spent about 15k restoring it so far, and that's not even counting paint, will not be doing that until Summer...so 20k so far, and when painting is completed, I would say the whole enchildada will be about 25k or so.

It's hard to put a price on somthing you build yourself.......Because you barter and swap so here it goes, and no jokes
$8000 car
$8000 paint (traded a 500HP 302 for it)
$2500 Rims and tires
$1000 Axels and drive shaft
$3500 AOD (Lentech competion, from former car)
$2000 sheetmetal
$1200 all new Interior (encluding new autometer gauges)
so far, and building a new 351W S/C motor for it this winter ~$8000
Looks like alot but you can't buy a car for this that you get this much fun and attention from, and that someone else can just go out and buy....
