Does anyone have any 289 pics they can post that show the power steering pump?

I would greatly appreciated it!

This is a 289 from a 67 Coupe. I have since removed the pump and power steering. I like the manual steering alotbetter.Hope this helps you out.

Is that about a 10" air cleaner on there? Have you considered going to a 14"? You can get a reproduction Hi-Po type with element for a song.

IMO, Home Depot has just about the worst hardware department that I've ever seen considering how large the stores are. Their grade 5 & 8 as well as metric 8.8 stuff is pretty thin. I don't know if they have an Orchard Supply Hardware (OSH) near you, but they've got the best selection I've seen. Youcan get just about anything in high strength, either by piece or by bulk. I always go there for replacement grade 8 bolts and hardened washer for my beadlocks. [8D]

In my experience mom and pop hardware stores usually have some good stuff.

Haven't really thought much about the size of the air filter,The car works fine with what is there, do you think it wouldlook or run better with the bigger Hi-Po one.
