Default Help! Autolite 1100 adjustments

I'm having some problems with my car. It's a 66 Mustang with a 200.
I have Autolite 1100 carb. When I start the car it is sluggish like it is flooding out.
Once it heats up it runs fine.Does anyone have any idea how I adjust this.
Thanks in advance for any help.

Try this link...has a diagram with simple instructions.

Had trouble with mine last summer but ended up being dirty gas tank and junk getting into the carb. Had to replace the tank and filters and adjust the carb. Runs OK now, but could be better....I better get out there this week and do some tuning myself....good luck...

I remember reading where Pony Carbs had to do something special to the 1100 to make it run right. At any rate, it is known to be a stubborn and hard to adjust carb. You might want to give pony carbs a call to get the real scoop. 1-888-280-4630 http://www.ponycarbs.com

Thanks for the attempts to help.
I guess I'm going have to call Pony Carbs. Don't get wrong they have a great product but they also
are suppose to be ready run. Not in this case.
