you can find them onebay or buy them from a mustang shop ...pony and corral here in maryland has used ones for around 300.00 dollars they are hard to find

the number to them is 1-800858-7868 tell him william kelley sent you

but that console is for a 67 with the different head unit than the 66 has the 67s have a piece that can be taken out the 66s just have the dash lol so any console would HAVE to be made probly to fit without cutting or spending a huge amount for a decent looking origanal console

If you have a big hole cut in the dash can you cover it with a faceplate and use body putty and fiberglass filler to smooth out the dash and make it appear to look normal?
