Default window problems

i was wondering how the front windows were secured on to the regulator? is it glued between the plastic looking strip or what? because the window keeps coming off of one causing the window to roll up crooked

On my 69, the door windows are glued into two cast aluminum mounts, one on the front of the window and one on the rear of the window. The mounts arebolted to the regulator.
