so i am sure that you guys know i got moy engine running but i noticed today that my fuel filter which is new (its a clear plastic one) is now running a very little puddle on the bottom where as yesterday it was full to the top could this part of my problem

 

k well ill try and answer since no one else is.

not sure what u mean by puddle. i know those clear plastic ones your talking about tho. so at the bottom of the filter is a puddle of gas and it use to just fill and run fine?

its a little work, i did it but u could put a little pressure regulator between the filter and the pump.....should run aroun 6psi

 

If the car runs fine, don't sweat it.

 

the car idles great out of gear but in gear it shakes so bad

 

The in gear problem is more likely related to the state of tune of the engine. Even my clear fuel filter looks empty with a high flow fuel pump. Don't run out of gas at 7k, though.
