I Can Now Die
Well it's not a mustang, but today i say an original SHELBY COBRA. It was deffinately not a kit car, had all the ford manufacturing numbers, and ligitimate shelby seels. It was fantastic.
thats awesome, i still drool over the kit cars! people in my town arent a fan of classics. its all about the 'status cars', anything that says BMW, Lexus, or Mercedes. Meanwhile I drive my honda civic

Rare opportunity, congrads, few cars today performence wise can come close to these. 0 to 100 to 0 in less time than most production cars run the quater in. I think it was less than 12 seconds. Anyone help? Am saving for kit car now. I'm blue collar so can't afford the real deal. Quick story you may like. When I was luckey enough to buy my KR, I hired a friend with a rollback to transport it back. I purchased it from a collector. His son has a used car dealership (only nice ones) where we was to meet and do the deal. We had to wait about an hour for the father to arrive so he gave us a tour of the cars. About 80 in total. The last one he showed us was a 427 Cobra with less than 400 miles on it. My friend was in the service in the mid 60's and said he had seen one like this at a local dealer. He named the dealership.Thisdealership could'nt sell the car, so itwasmoved to another dealership in a larger area wherehis father bought it. For less that the 6+ thousand dollarsticker prise. To our surprise it was the same car. What the odds of that.
