my dads got a 65' and got replacement door skins and mirrors, and he needs to know exactly where 2 drill the holes for the side views any help is appreciated

i believe side veiw were optional till 68 but basically u want them as far foward and still be ablt to use the wing(vent)windows

Lay a piece of paper on the original skin and make a marking template to transfer to the new skin.

Measuring on the top ridge of the driver's side door, the first screw is exactly 16" from the front. That will put the screw right across from the vent window chrome frame.
