Default inner door skins

Anyone know if the inner door skin can be removed for refinishing? This 66 Deluxe coupe has that thin steel skin that is kinda ripple-effect stamped finish. It's sorta rusty and black paint failed.

no theres not if there are holes u can either fix by patching them then during the paint process laying a rag in the paint(while it will fingerprint only not when its tacky) this will return the grain if u dont want to do this u either need to get anouter used door or buy a repop
