The carburater within the bonnet is a Demon Mighty 575.

 

How can I best describe the sound at full boost? Smoke and Fire. The "smoke" being thunder bass, the "fire" being a jet engine whine.Wild!!!.

At idle things calm down quite a bit. We arenow discussing mufflers. The Flowmasters - to my ear - sound a bit hollow and too loud. I am lookindfor a more subtle (but serious) sound like thatfound in the new Mustang GT.

Bassani mufflers have been suggested.Has anyone heard these?

 

What kind of exhaust setup does the new GT have? Your right, those pipes on the new GT's sound good. Subtle as hell until running WAO. Best of both worlds. In the words of my favorite president:
