Clu7ch brought up a concern that the sticky section on top is getting full, and everybody has to scroll down so much to get to the threads. I have absolutely no control over Ralf or Amanda's stickies that are there, but I do control the ones I have placed there. Here are the ones I can eliminate if you like..
1. Pics of our Rides
2. Placing a Face
3. Muffler Sound Clips
4. FAQ

Muffler Sound Clips could easily go. FAQ has taken me two years to collect. Placing a Face and Pics of our Rides could go, but what a shame to throw away all those pictures.
Let me know what you want me to do.

 

I can handle the extra half turn of the mouse wheel. I vote keep'em all.

then you only have 3 stickies

Or you could just make one stiky called stickies and put all four stickies in there no?

 

I use 1280 x 1024 screen resolution on a 19" screen and I dont have to scroll very far.It doesnt bother me in the least, although the ones that dont fit our classics dont have to be there IMHO.. I dont care about 99-07 body kits or superchargers at all.. lol..Since we cant do anything about those things up there, I just ignore them... Without the FAQ, we would be answering the same old stuff day after day.. unless someone wants to build a website to store all of that information it is just fine where it is..

 

OK....thanks for the feedback. I will leave it alone for now. I have voiced my concern to Chris about all the advertisements that have absolutely nothing to do with us classic guys, but he says those are Ralph's (the site owner) and can't do anything about them.

 

+1, Im running on a 20" at 1200x1600, and I just have to do half a wheel spin and im past it.....

all you grandpas gotta turn your resolution up higher than 800x600

Keep them all, most of us have fast connections anyway, no biggie in having to scroll down a bit, I love all those stickies, excellent info on them, and our pictures are cool too.

That thread is pretty much dead, the other one you made is much more effficient, "Picture of our rides".

I submitted a picture to Amanda, and she never responded or posted my picture, that thread is pretty much useless.

 

I would leave all the stickies.... i dont even notice them except when i get on here with my phone... then its kinda a pain but what kinda moron gets on here from a phone.... besides me.....lol
