I was just fabricating a piece of sheet metal and it happend to have paint on the other side. i applied the torch to shapeit when i and used the hammeri ended up with a horrible headache and i was nausiated !
use your masks jeez common sense at my loss

Or remove paint from the metal you are working with, it tends to burn.. its also good to know there is no filler on the other side if its old sheetmetal..

Good tip! Proper ventilation is a must, we kinda need O2 to live.. clean O2 is nice..
