4 SPEED TRANS
I believe this is it. It was the original Toploader 4 spd in 1964 1/2 & early 65 Mustangs. It has a 25 spline output shaft. And your in luck, I am getting ready to put it on Ebay. Let me know if interested.

I think it was a Dahlgen (most likely I mis-spelled that). Not a very good one but Ford couldn't build enough v-8's and put the 4-speed behind the 'big' six and marketed it to women. A friend of mine wanted a GT but his dad wouldn't allow the 289/4 barrel for his 16 year old in 1965 so the dealer did a 'dealer-install' on a 6/4speed fastback. Strips, disc's, springs, TRUE dual-exhaust trumpets and even had the optional 3-light bar tail lights!!
To my knowledge it is the only 6-cylinder GT Mustang ever. But does it count as a 'real' one?
