Default 67 vs 68 LCA

will 68 lower control arms work on my 67 or no cause they are cheaper and the ball joint is serviceable on the 68 vs buying new arms for 67 either way i have to buy new arms but if i get 68 cause it can work in my coupe then it will be better so i can replace the ball joint when need be

Were the original ball joints riveted on? I was messing with mine last week and I noticed they are more like bolts...

I think all the originals were rivited, either 3 or 4 depending on what year.

parts vendors don't even stock the 67 lower arm anymore. You can find new 67 arms but you'll pay. Better to upgrade to the 68 lowers and get 68 strut rods.
