Default Suspension question 1966

I want to redo the front and back suspension in my 1966-I was thinking of going with the kit from laurel mountain mustang thats advertised in mustang monthly-is that a good price? $829?
Are the bushings good? has anyone had any problem with laurel mountain? should I go with standard or 620 springs up front? I have a v8
Ready to take the plunge-what do you guys think?

look around before you decide!! Ebay has complete front end suspension upgrades for less $$$$$. I believe the quality is the same.

sixtysix, I bought my full suspension kit from that company. The price was great and good stuff. Like restomod said, get on ebay and order it there. Instead of 829(they just jacked the prices up) ebay has the exact same thing, still by laurelmountain, listed between 809 and lower 700's. If you get the steering units deleted, that will drop the price by 122, so its more like 600ish.

I got the mideye leafs and 620's up front, so it was an extra 50 bucks, but mine came to a total of 677.

800ish is a good price it should improve handling a lot. I have the 1 1/8" anti sway bar up front and a 1" in the rear its super tight and sticks to the road great. the whole car is about 3" lower and sits with the nose about 1" lower than the rear on 650lb rate springs.

Only bad thing is when I jack the car up i have to use two jacks (one on each side) and jack it up level or ill overstress and/or break sway bar mounts
