Driver side window does not roll-up high enough.

Is there an adjustment or stop on window mechansim so I can increase by a quarter to a half inch; and how do I get to that ?

 

With an Allen wrench, take off the window crank and the door handle on the inside. Use a large phillips head screwdrivder to take the arm rest off. Unscrew the lock ****. Now, use a putty knife or other flat tool to work around the outside of the doorpanel and pop it loose all the way around, then lift up and out. Once there, roll the window up all the way, and you will see the mechanism. A dollar to a hole in a donut says your scissor mechanism is just dirty. The old grease needs to come off and new grease applied. Use carburetor cleaner or any other de-greaser to clean it up. Then spray the mechanism with WD-40 to loosen it up, then hit it with some new grease.
