there is one thing i cannot find out with that cam and that is what is spring do i use the ford racing ones i soppose but which ones should i choose cause i know too light a spring and the piston closes the valve and too strong it flattens my cam or lifter and do i want rotating springs or no

here are the ones i have looked at

Ford Racing Springs
Blue Racer Springs
Comp Cams (249-940-16)
Edelbrock (not the rpm ones)
