or if you use a vintage air unit you can weld up the cowl vent hole

Body work last. Do the cowl first since you can stand and do it comfortably. I was going to say do the easiest first for experience, but I'm not sure if anything you are doing is easier than the next. If it were me I'd do the cowl first, the trunk second, floors, then the body work. Might want to check your frame rails and torque boxes while you're at it. Good luck.

I agree with Soaring, since the cow is the most difficult repair do it first.

frame rails are new someone already replaced them awhile ago...less work for me haha
