Default Update on my stang!!!!

hey guys, i dont know how many of you keep track, but it has been a while since i have posted here, thats cause i have been BUSY!

first, i got a job during winter break, made just over $800!

as of right now, my engine is pulled out of the car, and i have broken down the block to literaly nothing but the block. my heads need a valve job and my crank needs to be turned ( grinded ), and my Cam is shot, so i need a new one of those, my rocker arms were also shot, even the little caps that go on top of the valve stems are shot, crazy! i need a ridge reamer for my cylinders....39 years of wear and tear sure take its toll on an engine eh?

As far as what i am getting for the rebuild are: Noisy timing gears, cam bearings, gasket set, holley fuel pump, motor mounts, hipo water pump, hipo oil pump, rod bearings, main bearings, Edelbrock camshaft, piston rings and a valve job!

I now have auto shop, and my engine is there, so its extremely nice to have 2 hours and 45 minutes to devote to working on my engine or other cars every week day, i have learned so much!

as far as what i have done to the car is....well... not much. all i have really done to the car is started sanding it, so i can paint it.... im going to bring my car into auto shop soon and get 3 or 4 guys all sanding on it, that should make it go real fast. so we will see.
Oh, and i found out the original color of my mustang: Puke Green....ewww.

well, there is my update, i think thats pretty impressive for a 15 year old to be doing with all his own money and time. lemme know how im doing guys, positive, negative, neutral feedback, its all welcomed and requested, so lemme know, thanks guys!

When I was 15 I thought people who were 30 were so old they were probably about to die. Now I sit a month away from 30, and 15 feels like it was yesterday.[&o]

By the way, hell of a nice first car you have there.
