Default 73 Fastback to Go

After 34 years I have to sell the first real car I ever owned (a 1973 Mustang fastback, 302 CID). Back in the late eighties and early nineties, the car was completely redone (engine, trans, paint, interior, etc). It's always been garage kept so it's still in fantastic condition - only driven when it's real nice (there's less than 20,000 miles since the redo).
I can't see keeping a car like this with no garage and I'll be moving soon.
My problem is, I don't know what it's worth. I had it in the paper for $12,500 and got a lot of phone calls. The questions I got implied I was not asking enough (most were along the lines of 'does it run', 'how much body work does it need'). I don't think anyone believed me when I said it was show quality, I didn't get anyone to make the trip to rural New Jersey to see it.
Anyone out there can help me set a price?
Some details: 302 CID 1973 Mustang Fastback, about 300 hp
Original owner
Auto trans
Dual exhaust
Holly 600 carb, reconditioned heads
Forest green metal flake exterior with 2 tone green interior.
Custom mag wheels.
