Ok, the frame brackets are listed as:
CJPonyParts: EFB1 124.95
National Parts Depot (NPD): 6028-9-1A 99.95 (call and check the price, this is from the 2006 Catalog)

The 289/302 motor mounts appear the same from 11/65 on.

Ok, maybe I was wrong about the motor mounts.

I would suggest asking the vendor which mounts to use with the brackets when you order them.

what i would do is that i would drive it with the 6 for a while untill i had all the parts to make a swap, cause a 351w willl break your current axle and tranny for that matter.

The Driveshaft will probably have to wait till the rest of the new drivetrain is installed, It will depend on the drivetrain options you end up using. Myself, i'll end up with an AOD trans and 9" rear, both of which i already have, but until they are installed I have no way of knowing the final driveshaft length.

Atom's Idea has a lot of merit also. Take your time, assess all of your options, and the problems you can expect with each.
