Default traction issues

Would i be better off buying a set of under riders, lakewood universal traction bars, or is there something better out there? I have VERY bad wheel hop. Thanks.

Traction bars of any kind or brand would be better than nothing.

i hear that, it's so frustrating. I've already brokea u-joint. Nothing like droping a driveshaft at 60 mph.

You're getting wheel hop at 60 MPH? Damn, you must have some serious hp going to the rear.
Here is what you need.

Actually, what you want to prevent wheel hop is a set of Cal-tracs.
While not cheap, they do prevent unwanted wheel hop and provide the best traction possible.

Yeah, we're talking about some pretty serious racing suspension upgrades here. Not sure what hp you are throwing back there.

lol, i didn't mean to make it sound like i get wheel hop at 60, although i was pushing it hard when it let go. It's mostly off the line, but if i'm cruising at 30 and punch it i still get some sometimes. I read somewhere the caltracs require welding, and i don't own a welder. The piece from evolution might be a bit much for me, plus it's pretty expensive.

I am running Lakewood Traction bars on my 66'. These combined with the BFG Drag Radials, the car really hooks up nice:
