Default which way to sell engine

When I take my car apart again I plan to remove the 68 302 and sell it. seeing I can get redone for cost of parts should I rebuid it or sell it like it is. It has two problems the crank is worn and the rings have blow by badly. but it is still a strong runner and I have everything oringial to the engine from the carb to the block the vale covers and oil pan are the only things that have been changed but I can get the correct ones. Also how much do you think its worth?

Your old used engine ain't worth much as it is. Since you can get the overhaul parts at cost, I would overhaul it and keep all the receipts to show the potential buyer. Junk yards deal in old worn out engines. Are you a junk yard?

You can buy an old worn out 302 at a junk yard for not much. Are you willing to compete with the junk yards?
