Default 68 Instrument Bezel

Replacing the Instrument Bezel and noticed there is nothing that goes in the top right slot opening. So, there's a bulb behind it that stays on. Is there something that should be in that slot?

There are 3 bulbs in the top right hand side if I remember correctly. One is for the temp guage, turn signal, and belts. Do you have a pic?

I have a 68 Coupe. The top right slot has a green arrow (turn signal) and to the left of the right signal turn arrow is suppose to be a red rectangle box with the words "Brake". If this stays on it meanstwo things: your brakings sytems has air in it or your sensor is bad. The sensor is located on the top of brake distribution value which is mounted on the drivers side of the inner fender by the hood hinge. There is a cable harness there and has a connector which plugs into the sensor. If the connector was not hooked up, the bulb would not come on. Currently, my sensor is bad and the BRAKE light is on all the time. I have the newsensor but have not had a chance to replace it yet. Do you have good solid brake pedal?

Hope this helps.

You are right, it is the slot for the " Brake" light. I'm missing the red plastic piece. Now, just need to find one.

Thanks
