I have to agree with the other posters... she needs more work than the first-time restorer might want to tackle. $500 seems about right... you have to consider that if you ever get her back into shape, her value will be a lot less because she's a factory I-6. Even if you do a 5 bolt conversion and drop an eight cylinder in there, the factory code says I-6.

Pictures like that make me sad... can't you at least cover the deceased?

Find a different car. Or buy that one for your parts car, but its not worth more than $500.

only thing i see i dont like is the rear shot looks like its sitting in the dirt if left there long enough rear frame rails and floor pan can rust out. i go along with the rest of them 500 or less be a good restomod since its not numbers matching
