Valve springs?

yep those are the ones but get the one that has the spring and retainer kitits directly above where the springs are

I called summit and told them the summit cam number and they recommended these....

if those are what they recommend, those are what you should run. make sure your getting retainers if they are required for those though. stock ford springs the ex. is shorter than the intake and uses a different style rotator, so depending on if all yoru new springs are the same height or if half are short you may need to use your stock stuff or use aftermarket retainers. summit and or crane should know the answer..... and yeah, you'll like the cam - its mighty streetable.

Yep I got the retainers as well : / Hurts the wallet though I'll tell ya.

Picked up some new valve stem seals, copper exhaust manifold gasket,and a timing chain.

what kinda seals did you get? are they medal clad seals like this?



teflons are ok, but you gotta be carefull installing cause you can mess em up easily - also make sure they are gonna fit, stock size guides are .562 and alot of aftermarket seals come in .530 or .500 sizes

yeah i think im gonna move to bristol within the next year but chattanooga is a good place, alot of car events and your close to atlanta which has alot of good car stuff goin on too...

i got some family up there and while its cheaper to live there than here in florida the jobs pay the same or a little more. better scenery and its not so damn hot all year.

win win situation for me
