Default chassis twisting?!!!!!!!!!

I have a 66 with a pretty good 302. Im probably putting out 340hp. My 66 was a six cylinder to start with. I need to know if they have a uni-body. I mean is my frame one whole piece. Or will it twist once i put my 373 gears. Do i need to weld some kind of supports underneath the car?

all mustangs are uni bodies, the straight six's and the v-8s have the same body, if your worried about it i suggest a good set of subframe conectors, export brace, and a monte carlo bar, that will make your car plenty stiff

my question is did you replace the springs and rear end the springs used in the 6 banger cars were weaker but if you do everything dconhen said it should be fine
