Default throttle tension

When i give the car some gas the throttle does not go all the way back to an idle it stays up a bit. I have to reach down and pull then gas pedal back out...would this mean my throttle link is too short or too long?

I'm thinking throttle return spring. Check under the hood when it is "stuck" and see if it is hanging up on anything. If not, try a new throttle return spring.

Good luck!

Sometimes on the double springs when u stomp on it the inner spring and outer get caught together causing it to stick.Mine used to do the same thing so i took off the outside one.

I had the same problem, mine would stick slightly but only when the engine was running. Otherwise it would return to correct position. I finally just put two springs on to force the throttle shut. I can post a pic tomorrow if you want.
