I might take it if it's free. How much would it take in repairs and such? I don't know what I'm doing when it comes to rebuilding engines but I think it'd be cool to learn over the summer kind of like what Emporer is doing.

by the looks of the engine, it was fried, would sending the block and heads to be cleaned take care of that?

That is only surface rust on the cylinders it is not deep yet ! only been outside for a week so yes sanding will take it off easy.
