Hi Chris, welcome to Mustang Forums!

There are a few people around here that have done an EFI swap to their classic Mustangs. I just did a quick search for "EFI" and came up with 262 records. You might want to look up JamesW. He should be able to help you out also.

Good luck!

Post more spesific questions....Yes some of us have done it, as for using the ECU on a 351W no problem. The ECU will adjust for the displacement difference. Is it a direct swap from a 302 to 351W or is this a new setup? Is the donar motor out of a truck or a car? more info please....

My recommendation is to go to a salvage yard/pick 'n pull and pull all the equiment off of an existing efi 351.

the main computer people look for to use in swaps are the a9l(manual cars) and the a9p (auto cars) you can use the auto computer in a manual car but not the manual puter in an auto. i personally run a auto computer with my 5sp in my 91 gt vert
