Default Reverse (tremec 5 spd) please help!

im having some major reverse issues with the 67 (351w, tremec 5spd)... what happens is, it doesnt really feel like she gets all the way in gear no matter what... actually, itdoesnt it does not grind while shifting into the gear but once i start letting out the clutch... GRIND! even when i pull back for dear life... nothing...it sucks... i've just replaced the clutch master cylinder since it was leaking all over the place inside the cabin. i've bled the lines and adjusted the clutch between the slave and the clutch fork and everything else is pretty tight. it did grind before the clutch master cylinder was replaced and i thought with a little hope that i would have solved the problem with the repair but apparently i was too hopeful...

before i jump in the car and drive to a tranny shop, can anyone think of anything else i should belooking at to potentially solve my issue?

also, anyone have a ballpark figure on what it might cost me if it does end up being a synchro?

TIA
