never tried them but my dad had a 70 mach 1 that he sold (im not gonna go into being mad bout him selling it) that had air shocks on it. he said they were the worst ever. he had to constantly adjust them and they they'd go flat a lot. course he had the car back in the late 70's so maybe technology has improved....thats all ive heard from them tho. i'd say just get some good gas adjustment ones

Koni's are very expensive here in the states. Most of us use KYB gas adjust shocks. The air adjust shocks will punch a hole in the rear if you air them up and run over a bump hard. That thin metal where the top of the shock is attached will not stand up to the punishment that air shocks will give it.

+1 on Glen's point. Airshocks are for Oldsmobile station wagons that pull travel trailers. The upper shock attach point was never designed to carry the load of the car. Plus they leak down and ride like crud (aired up or not). We all had them back in the day to clear our ET Slots and MT H60-15s....

but that was the 70s...

I had them on a Van, they were usable for variable loads, but I went to regular shocks and heavy duty springs. Gas filled work better in 64 to 73 Mustangs in most cases. The adjustable ones will attract your attention for a couple of weeks'tweeking' and such, and then you'll forget about them and go onto some other part of the car. Go with gas filled.
