A picture (drawing) is worth a thousand words. If these turn out too small.I'll resize them. The bracket was drawn before I knew which way it went, so it's upside down in the fabrication drawing. The 'A' and 'B' dimensions are from two different cars with factory dual exhaust systems and I just wandered out to my garage and took a look at a third with the same setup. That one has a 90 deg bend in the bracket. It fits without a problem so the bent angle is 'flexible'. What you should avoid is re-inventing the wheel every day.

Just FYI, her are two pics of the brake line. One from the gas tank side and one from the floor pan side. Kinda hard to take pics with that big muffler hanging in the way, so I did the best I could.

the flowmaster kit, isn't really that close to the brake line, i didn't have to move it, just a zip tie and done.

Thanks, but no thanks on the flowmasters. Driving a convertible I probably will go with magnaflows.
What is wrong with flowmasters and convertibles?
