You can't get an original, except at a very high price. The aftermarket ones are excellent and you can install a 20 gallon 69 and 70 tank. The trunk will be smaller and you should put an insulation pad over it. Most used tank, the final choice, are not worth the cost.

I put the 69-70, 20 gallon tank in my 67 and while there is a bit of a loss in the depth of the trunk, the extra miles between fill-ups is nice.
No regrets

I would just use an aftermarket tank made the same way as your original. You can get kits for about 125 bucks.

see my earlier post of ........can you match this one,,,,,just swaped out the tank in my 66 coupe 200 ci ,,watch your step with the sending unit / locking ring gasket,,,,, I wound up using the new gasket plus a home made one that I made from gasket material to finally seal it up once and for all,,the locking ring will go on really tight ( a little tighter then normal) but worth the peace of mind,, if that rubber one you buy or they include shifts while your tightening up the locking ring you'll be like me watching 20 bucks or more worth of gas poreing out of the sending unit area and the fire dept showing up at the gas station,,there's no way to presure test before hand that I know of,,,, just a word of warning

The 70 tank holds 22 gallons while the 69 holds 20. Stock 66 is 16.
