As a practicing diet watcher for the same reasons, drink wine - red wine. It also removes paint, I think.

Nah, drink red wine and beer at the same time then your bodybwecomes confused and doesn't know what to do. So you don't get a beer belly. Here is what I am having right now.

Richard, I see you are left handed. I heard that the brightest minds come from leftys. Oh yeah, I'm left handed also

Oh yeah, I think it is very true about the Left Hand vs Intelligence thing. Many famous people throughout history were also left-handed: Albert Einstein; Leonardo da Vinci; Nikola Tesla; Picasso; and Jack the Ripper. haha

Glen,
My cousin from Tyler got hooked on California red wine and shipped some from one of the local winerys. But alas, Texas law requires an out of state seller of wine (and other booze) to give a monthly shipping report to ALL Texas countys weather they got stuff shipped there or not. So, I'm sorry to say, you're stuck with the pop tops and long necks and big bellys (ah, a new title for Willie).
Jim
