The cheap assembly line rebuilds from Autozone need the lifetime warranty. BTDT several times myself. The starter James posted looks like a nice option if you don't need the ability to clock it. I'm not sure why the original poster cannot get a starter that can be clocked 360 degrees to fit. mine is clocked with the solenoid at the 6 o'clock position and it fits just fine.
