Default floor panel

Alright im to the point were i want to do EVERYTHING to my mustang this summer haha. What orders should i go in. I have a general idea but would like to hear others views. I currently just got the body looking good and added a cheap paint job to hold me over for a couple years. I am wanting to get into the interior..engine compartment/rebuild...new floor panel...So i am thinking about doing the floorpanel/ trunk panel. then hit the interior..then get the engine bay looking nice and painted while trying to rebuild the motor..I have been reading previous post getting some ideas..1ST should i just take the stang into the shop and buy a FULL floor panel and have that put in along with the trunk floor and then add a new tank all at one time...when i get it back (with the brand new floor panel) should i put the POR 15 on that (what exactly is POR 15)? Also does the dynomat help the noise volume? Thanks guys for any replies

start with any rust its a unibody rust holes can weaken it. por 15 you paint over surface rust and it kills it and can be used to keep things from rusting. dynomat is a sound deading it works good but theres other brands out there that do the same thing. good luck

Get all the floor and body done all at one time. It's painful in the wallet and it's going to be out of your control for a while, but that's the best way to start.

yeah thats what i figured and yes their will be a big empty space in my wallet and garage for awhile but i guess it has to be done. When i get it back though with the new floor panels in it should i put the POR 15 ontop of the fresh metal just to keep it from rusting...and what about under the car? Would it be smart to hit that to?

Por15 anything you can get ahold of in my opinion. Make sure to rough up the metal though, por15 doesn't like to stick to anything smooth. Don't get it on your skin, if you don't get it off right away you won't get it off. It has to wear off.
