So i am finishing up lashing down the new rockers.The original rockers used a nylon lock nut to keep them from loosening up. However, the new rollers, do not use a nylon lock nut. How do they keep from coming loose?

It should be a 'jam' nut. You need to lock the top nut against the bottom nut.
