Try to find a shop that knows how to shim these old dinosaurs.
Shims went out in mid year 67. Late 67 and all there after use the strut arms to adjust caster and off-set washers to adjust camber. - But you still need to find an ole time shop that understands dinasoar steering systems. I had to take my Factory Service Manual with me to school the young'n technician, but at least he was willing to read and learn.

You didn't read everything about how to do the Shelby drop before you did it? You're a bad, bad boy. You can find the specs in this article.

Hey Glen
Wal's specs are for Kiwi roads...they're good for me as we drive on the correct side of the road as well. For all you guys in the US who drive on the wrong side of the road, these specs will throw you out into the trees the second you let your wheel go
Hey Aussie....you're right. Guess I should have read it more closely before posting. Thanks for bringing everybody's attenton to my screw up.
Let's try this one and see if it is mo better. Just scroll down a tad until you get to Mustang alignment specifications.

I haven't worked through the motion ratio and ride frequency math with all the "real" numbers yet, but 620's don't look unreasonable.

I see it being slightly firmer than what I've got in a 3450-ish lb car with 640 lb/in springs, but I've always considered that to be a true year-round daily driver (it's still too soft for semi-serious autocross, though).
